About
The name is the promise: integrity, in every number and every conversation.
Randall G. Boston, ChFC® built Boston Integrity as a financial planning firm for business owners, individuals, and families whose company and personal wealth are tightly linked. A small firm that thinks like your CFO and always puts your interests first.

Why Boston Integrity
Built for owners, by someone who's sat on their side of the table.
Too many owners are handed a portfolio when what they actually need is a plan, one that connects what's happening in the business to what they want for the rest of their lives.

In Randall's words
I started Boston Integrity because I kept meeting owners who were doing well on paper but couldn't see their own blind spots, the places where the business and the personal plan were pulling against each other. That's the work I love: making both sides point in the same direction.
I was born and raised in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands, and joined the U.S. Air Force in 2004. Being in the military taught me to prepare instead of react, and it's the same thing I want for every client: a real plan, built before you need it, that turns financial goals into something you can reach.
Integrity is in the name on purpose. In the U.S. Air Force, the first core value is Integrity First, and that principle has stayed with me ever since. It means putting the client's best interests first, keeping the numbers honest, and making recommendations that stand on their own because they're the right thing to do, not the easiest thing to say.
What makes us different
A different kind of firm, on purpose.
We bridge business and personal
For an owner, the company balance sheet and the household balance sheet are the same story. We plan them together, so a decision in the business never quietly undoes the personal plan.
Advice first
Our work is built around planning and guidance. You come to us for advice, and we coordinate with your CPA and attorney rather than competing with them.
Personal by nature, virtual by design
We're a virtual firm serving business owners and families across the country. Technology lets us meet wherever you are, but the relationship stays personal, responsive, and built for the long term.
Curious how that plays out in practice? Read our approach and how we're paid, or see who we help most: business owners and individuals and families planning their income.
The team
Experienced. Accessible. Personal.
The people you actually work with, not a call center, not a rotating cast of associates.
Why clients stay
Relationships, not transactions.
“When my estate attorney recommended Randall and his team, I had one goal: to consolidate my numerous financial accounts (over ten separate institutions) into one view. Randall guided me step-by-step with a thorough onboarding of the eMoney client portal, and now, I can see all my assets in one consolidated view. Randall's expertise and recommendations also made applying for a home loan simple. Additionally, I am able to target-invest in the stock market with an investment account, which helps me reach my financial goals. I highly recommend Randall and his team.”
“Randall is a knowledgeable, and skilled advisor with expertise in retirement planning, business valuation, and investing. Randall will never try to sell you a financial product. As a fiduciary, he will always advise you what is best for your specific situation. I recommend him to my family and my clients.”
“Randall is an amazing financial planner, he truly cares about his clients and will do his best to make them succeed with their goals. He has a great process, and system in place to help you figure out what needs to be done to save for retirement, a house, or whatever your goal is. Give Randall a call, you won't regret it!”
