Form CRS

Last updated: June 2026

Form CRS, our Client Relationship Summary, is a short document that explains how we work with you in plain terms. This page describes what it covers and how to get the official version.

What Form CRS is

Form CRS is a short Client Relationship Summary designed to help you understand the relationships and services we offer, the fees and costs you will pay, the conflicts of interest we may have, and the standard of conduct that applies to your account.

It is written in plain language and is meant to be read alongside our other disclosure documents, including Form ADV.

What it covers

The official Form CRS summarizes the types of services we provide, how we are compensated, whether we act as an investment adviser, a broker-dealer, or both, and the questions you may want to ask before working with us.

It also points you to additional, more detailed information about our firm and the professionals who serve you.

Getting the official document

This page is a plain-language overview, not the official filing. The current, official Form CRS is provided to you before or at the time we begin a relationship, and an up-to-date copy is available on request at any time.

Official copies of JWCF's Form CRS, JWCA's Form CRS, and JWC's Disclosure Supplement are available through J.W. Cole's disclosures page linked below. By following the link, you consent to receipt of the Form CRS electronically.

Questions to ask us

We encourage you to ask questions about anything you do not understand. Helpful starting points include: How might your conflicts of interest affect me, and how will you address them? Given my situation, should I choose advisory services, brokerage services, or both? How do you make money, and what fees will I pay?

We welcome these conversations, clear answers are part of how Boston Integrity Financial Services & Insurance® works.

Draft, pending compliance and legal review.
