Boston Integrity

Our approach

How we work, and how we're paid, in plain terms.

We're an advice-first financial planning firm for business owners, individuals, and families. Transparency is the trust signal that matters most, so here's exactly how we work, who we coordinate with, and how we're paid, written out plainly, before you ever book a call.

Our philosophy

Four principles that shape every plan we build.

They're simple on purpose. Each one exists to keep the work pointed at your decisions, not our product shelf.

Advice first, not asset-gathering

Our work is built around planning and guidance. You come to us for advice, so the conversation starts with your goals, what you're trying to build, protect, and pass on.

Your business and personal wealth, planned together

For an owner, the two can't be separated. We connect what's happening inside your business to your personal financial plan, so a decision on one side never quietly undermines the other.

We coordinate, we don't compete

We work alongside your CPA, attorney, and other advisors, never to replace them. We sit at the center of the table and make sure every piece of your plan is pulling in the same direction.

We translate numbers into decisions

Statements and spreadsheets aren't the point. Our job is to turn your numbers into clear choices you can act on with confidence, and to keep explaining them in plain language.

How we're paid, in plain terms

No mystery, no hidden math.

The firm is paid through a few clear channels, and being transparent about every one of them is precisely the point.

Planning & advice fees

For the planning work itself, mapping your blind spots, building the strategy, and meeting on a regular cadence to keep it current.

Investment-management fees

When we manage investments on your behalf, a transparent fee is charged on the assets we manage, disclosed up front before anything is signed.

Disclosed insurance commissions

If an insurance solution is the right fit, we may receive a commission from the carrier. We tell you when that's the case and why the recommendation stands on its own.

Straight talk

You're not looking for the lowest fee. You're looking for the right outcome.

Our clients aren't looking for the quickest answer or the lowest price. They're looking for thoughtful advice, proactive planning, and someone who sees the bigger picture. We invest the time to get it right because the financial decisions you're making today can affect your family for decades.

Your specific fees depend on the scope of work and are confirmed with you on the intro call, clearly, and before anything is signed.

Engagement levels

Start at the depth that fits, step up when you need to.

Planning isn't one-size-fits-all. Most relationships begin at one of three levels, and you can move deeper as your life and business grow.

1

Hourly planning

A focused engagement for a specific question or decision, paid for the time it takes, with no long-term commitment.

2

Core advisory

An ongoing relationship covering the essentials of your plan, with regular check-ins to keep it on track as life changes.

3

Comprehensive planning

Our deepest level of planning, your full financial picture, business and personal, coordinated and reviewed on a continuous basis.

Who we coordinate with

We sit at the center, alongside your other advisors.

We don't compete with the professionals you already trust. We bring them together around one coordinated plan.

CPAs & accountants

We translate your numbers into decisions and loop your accountant in, we don't file your taxes, and we don't replace them.

Attorneys

From entity structure to estate documents, we make sure the legal side of your plan lines up with the financial side.

Consultants & advisors

When you already have trusted advisors in your corner, we collaborate with them so your strategy stays unified, not fragmented.

What working together looks like

Three steps from first call to a plan you can act on.

1

Book a call

A relaxed 20-minute conversation about what's on your mind, no pressure, no jargon, and no obligation to go further.

2

We map your blind spots

We dig into what's quietly at stake across your business and your personal plan, and show you what we find.

3

A clear plan & ongoing reviews

You get a coordinated strategy you can act on, plus regular review meetings to keep it current as things change.

Common questions

How we work, answered.

The questions owners, individuals, and families ask most before booking a call.

We're paid through a few clear channels: planning and advice fees for the planning work, an investment-management fee on assets we manage, and disclosed insurance commissions when an insurance solution is the right fit. We tell you which ones apply and how much before anything is signed.

Let's talk

Clarity you can act on, starting with one conversation.

A 20-minute call to understand your situation, answer your questions about how we work, and confirm exactly what an engagement would look like for you.
