Boston Integrity

For business consultants

We close the gap between advice and implementation.

Your advice is rarely the problem. The owner just doesn't have the financial structure, reporting, cadence, and decision tools to act on it. That's the gap a fractional CFO fills, and where we partner with you.

Our promise to you

We collaborate, we don't compete.

You keep the relationship and the strategy. We give your client the financial structure, reporting, and monthly rhythm to actually act on your advice, and we coordinate with you every step.

Why partner with us

What you get as a partner

A fractional CFO that does the implementation work, so your recommendations turn into decisions, not good intentions.

A fractional CFO partner who executes, turning your priorities into targets, scorecards, and decisions.

A consistent monthly cadence so the client stays accountable between your sessions.

A clean set of KPIs and commentary you can use to reinforce your recommendations.

Clarity on cash, margin, backlog/WIP, and capacity, the numbers consultants need to drive change.

A partner that protects your relationship: we collaborate, we don't compete.

How we deliver

Your client works directly with us, the fractional CFO and our Client Coordinator. We collaborate with their existing accountant, or coordinate an external accounting partner when needed, so the reporting stays accurate and the implementation keeps moving.

Clear boundaries

We focus on finance execution and CFO leadership. We don't provide legal advice, and we coordinate with the client's CPA on tax. We don't replace your role in operations, pricing, or org design, we make sure the numbers, reporting, and rhythm support it.

How we start

Next steps

Two short conversations before anything moves, so you and your client know exactly how we drive implementation.

130 minutes

Book a demo for your team

Before you refer us in, we walk your team through exactly how we drive implementation.

  • The tools we use and the data we need (from the client and their accountant)
  • Sample outputs: targets, scorecards, profitability views, and cash/forecast visibility (by level)
  • Our monthly cadence and how decisions get made
  • How we coordinate with you and the client's accountant, roles and boundaries
  • What success looks like in the first 30–60 days
230 minutes

Schedule a Discovery Meeting

We confirm fit, identify the client's level (1–3), and map the first 30–60 days.

  • What are the top 3 pain points?
  • Any urgent cash constraints or debt pressure?
  • Do they use QuickBooks Online or another cloud accounting system?
  • Does their accountant provide timely monthly statements?
  • Is their job-costing reliable, inconsistent, or non-existent?
  • Do they track leads and conversion data?
  • Who attends monthly meetings, and how fast does the owner want change?
